abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a transgenic mouse for gene mutation detection capable of specifically detecting a low-frequency deletion mutation. SOLUTION: Only a prokaryotic cell having a foreign gene of the transgenic mouse of the present invention, which is composed of at least two adjacent genes and has a sequence having a deletion across these two genes, is grown under appropriate culture conditions. Equipped with a deletion mutation detection gene group capable of exposing the transgenic mouse to a test substance, and then introducing the foreign gene recovered from the transgenic mouse into a prokaryotic cell, under appropriate culture conditions By growing it, it is possible to specifically detect the deletion mutation in the deletion gene group.
