(57) [Summary] (Correction) [Constitution] The esterification reaction of primary terpene alcohol and fatty acid is continuously carried out in a reactor filled with powder in which lipase enzyme is immobilized under supercritical carbon dioxide atmosphere. By adjusting the pressure and temperature of supercritical carbon dioxide, an ester product can be synthesized in good yield, and a racemic compound can be divided to synthesize an ester product with high optical purity. Candida cylindracea lipase MY is used as an enzyme, and primary terpene alcohol and fatty acid are used as substrates. [Effect] Ester compounds, which are industrially important from the viewpoint of organic synthesis, can be produced in good yields under mild conditions near room temperature, and by only adjusting the temperature and pressure of supercritical carbon dioxide. A stereoselective ester synthesis reaction can be realized. |
