titleOfInvention Method for producing dry immobilized lipase carrier
abstract (57) Abstract: When using an enzyme in an organic solvent to preferentially perform a transesterification reaction of an ester bond to one of racemic compounds of an optically active alcohol and perform optical resolution, the organic solvent containing a substrate is used. Provided is a method for producing a dry immobilized lipase carrier having high transesterification activity and high activity expression rate, which enables highly efficient transesterification even when it contains a very small amount of water. SOLUTION: A regenerated granular porous chitosan carrier is treated with a glycidyl ether of an aliphatic polyalcohol and then with an acid halide or acid anhydride of a higher fatty acid in an organic solvent to obtain a crosslinked regenerated granular porous chitosan carrier. Lipase is adsorbed on and treated with a polyfunctional reagent to obtain a wet-immobilized lipase carrier, and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a surfactant having a concentration of 0.1 to 5% by weight is added to 1 part by weight of the wet-immobilized lipase carrier. After being shaken in the organic solvent containing it, it is dried under reduced pressure.
