titleOfInvention Method for producing high bulky thick woven knitted fabric
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A soft and bulky polyester yarn made of two types of fibers with a large yarn denier is developed by allowing the yarn length difference to develop without going through the steps such as drawing and relaxation treatment. A thick woven or knitted fabric having excellent properties is manufactured economically and efficiently. [Structure] A polyester fiber yarn having a yarn denier of 50 or more and 150 or less and a structural integrity parameter of 0.1 or more and 0.6 or less and a polyester fiber having a boiling water shrinkage of 12 or more and 60% or less are mixed and knitted or woven. Then, the method for producing a thick woven or knitted fabric is characterized by treating the polyester in a solution containing an organic compound having a carrier ability.
