(57) [Abstract] [Problem] No complicated process is required in the electrode plate manufacturing process. An inexpensive and high-performance method for producing a lithium nickelate positive electrode plate is provided. SOLUTION: The lithium nickelate positive electrode plate is characterized by holding nickel hydroxide or nickel oxyhydroxide in a conductive porous body, treating it with an alkaline solution containing lithium ions, and then heat treating it.
