titleOfInvention Spraying method for irregular refractories
abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for spraying an irregular-shaped refractory, which can obtain a construction body having a small porosity of dust and a small porosity. SOLUTION: A kneaded material of an indefinite refractory material having self-fluidity is pressure-fed by a pressure feed pump 1 and pressure feed pipes 2a, 2b, and a compressed air injection port 10 and a quick-setting agent injection port 1 are provided downstream. Compressed air and a required amount of quick-setting agent are injected into the kneaded clay from 1 and the kneaded clay is sprayed to the construction site 8 from the spray nozzle 4 connected to the tip of the nozzle pipe 3.
