abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transportability of pulverized coal and enable it to be used as a blown fuel for a metallurgical furnace or a combustion furnace. It also prevents shelving from hanging in the hopper, blow-by, and blockage of piping. SOLUTION: An anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, or an organic acid or a salt thereof and a polar compound such as a phenol compound or a salt thereof, and a water-soluble organic compound are averaged from raw coal. The pulverized coal is conveyed by being attached to pulverized coal having an HGI of 30 or more so that the uniform adhesion index is 3.5 or less and dried.
