abstract (57) Abstract: A method for producing a polymer in which a mixture of a monomer component and a redox-based polymerization initiator is sprayed using a nozzle to cause a polymerization reaction in a gas phase, and at least two or more raw materials are used. Using a nozzle equipped with a supply port, a mixing unit, and a spray gas supply unit, the reducing agent and the oxidizing agent that constitute the redox polymerization initiator are supplied from different supply ports, respectively, and the monomer component and the redox polymerization initiator are supplied. And a spray polymerization nozzle suitable for use in the above-mentioned production method, characterized in that the mixture is mixed with and sprayed in a mixing section in the nozzle to carry out a polymerization reaction in a gas phase. [Effect] According to the production method of the present invention, since the respective raw material components can be sufficiently mixed without causing polymerization in the nozzle, a polymer having continuous and uniform quality can be obtained. Further, the nozzle of the present invention can be preferably used in such a manufacturing method.
