titleOfInvention | Secondary battery electrode manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode manufacturing method of a secondary battery for manufacturing an electrode used in a secondary battery, and particularly to an electrode of a secondary battery for manufacturing an electrode formed mainly of an active material. An object of the present invention is to provide an electrode manufacturing method for a secondary battery, which is capable of improving the charge / discharge characteristics and preventing gas generation during charging, and which is for manufacturing an electrode of the secondary battery. An electrode active material and an additive are mixed in a mixing step to generate an active material mixture, and the active material mixture is attached to a current collector in a preforming step to form a preformed body 41. In the process, the preformed body 41 is isotropically pressed so that the active material mixture and the current collector are integrated with each other to manufacture the electrode. It is possible to obtain the electrode molded body 42 in which the binding property between the electrode active material and the current collector is high and uniform. Due to the strong and uniform binding property between the electrode active material and the current collector, gas generation during charging can be prevented, and a battery having a high discharge capacity can be manufactured. |
