titleOfInvention | Method for electrochemical detection of biopolymer |
abstract | (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an electrochemical detection method which does not require the biopolymer to participate in an electrochemical reaction when detecting the biopolymer in a biological sample. The presence or absence of a biopolymer to be detected on the surface of the electrode affects the electron transfer to the electrode of the redox chemical species present in the solution. These effects are judged by the ratio of the electrode area obtained from chronocoulometry, the ratio of the charge charged to the interfacial electric double layer, and the ratio of the amount of electricity due to the contribution of adsorbed surface species. |
