titleOfInvention | Phase II crystalline oxomolybdenum phthalocyanine, material for organic nonlinear optical element using the same, and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) Abstract: A novel crystalline form of oxomolybdenum phthalocyanine (hereinafter abbreviated as MoOPc), a method for producing the same, and an organic nonlinear optical material using the compound are provided. SOLUTION: Bragg angle 2 of X-ray diffraction by CuKα Phase II crystalline MoOPc having peaks at θ ± 0.2 ° of 7.5 °, 22.8 ° and 30.5 °. A material for an organic nonlinear optical element, which is used alone or as a mixture with another compound or by being laminated alternately. A method for producing the above-mentioned phase II crystalline MoOPc, which comprises vacuum-depositing MoOPc other than the phase II crystalline form on a heated substrate. [Effect] It is possible to provide a nonlinear optical material excellent in both nonlinear optical characteristics and heat resistance. |
