abstract (57) Abstract: An object is to provide a novel antibiotic derivative having antifungal activity. The following general formula (I) has antifungal activity. The antibiotic AB5366 derivative represented by and its salt and alkyl ester were obtained. These substances are useful as agricultural and horticultural fungicides. General formula (I) (In the formula, R 1 represents a hydroxyl group and R 2 represents a hydrogen atom, Or, R 1 and R 2 together form a hydroxyimino group, an oxo group or an alkoxyimino group, R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or a sulfonic acid group, and R 4 represents a hydrogen atom or an acyl group).
