titleOfInvention Flux for soldering and cream solder using it
abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To prevent long-term deterioration under atmospheric exposure without promoting chemical reaction with a contacting solder material. Flux for soldering with excellent electrical insulation even without cleaning. SOLUTION: A soldering flux containing a resin, a solvent and an activator as main components, which is n-butylamine, 2-ethylhexylamine, diethylamine, dipropylamine, triethylamine, tripropylamine, tributylamine, N, N. -At least one pH adjusting agent selected from diisobutylethylamine and benzylamine, A flux for soldering, wherein H is adjusted to 8 to 11. The amine odor of the flux can be reduced by further adding n-hexylamine to the pH adjuster.
