titleOfInvention | Oxygen-enriched air supply device |
abstract | (57) Abstract: To provide an oxygen-enriched air supply device in which the oxygen concentration of oxygen-enriched air can be easily controlled. An oxygen-enriched air generation unit 1, an air introduction unit 8 for diluting oxygen concentration, an air introduction amount control unit 6, a flow rate control unit 2, and an oxygen-enriched air supply unit 4 are provided. An oxygen-enriched air supply unit having an oxygen supply amount setting unit 5 capable of setting the oxygen concentration of the enriched air, wherein the air introduction amount is increased or decreased in conjunction with the oxygen concentration, and the flow rate supplied from 2 is substantially constant. Oxygen-enriched air supply means to adjust to. |
