abstract (57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a granular food product made from umeboshi, soy sauce and dandelion dried root, which enhances liver function without causing side effects. SOLUTION: To 50 to 70% by weight of umeboshi powder and 30 to 50% by weight of soy sauce powder which are main raw materials, 1 to 3% by weight of dandelion dry root extract powder is added as an additive material and uniformly mixed by a mixer. Mix until it becomes, and then granulate with a granulator.
