titleOfInvention Composite high-strength implant material and method for producing the same
abstract (57) Abstract: A composite material in which a bioceramic powder having a particle diameter of 0.2 to 50 μm is dispersed in a biodegradable and absorbable crystalline thermoplastic polymer, wherein the polymer crystal is A high-strength implant material of a pressure-oriented molded body, which is pressure-oriented and has a crystallinity of 10 to 70%. The crystals are oriented parallel to a plurality of reference axes. A mixture of crystalline thermoplastic polymer biodegradable and biodegradable and bioceramics powder is prepared in advance, melt-molded to form a pre-molded body, and cold-press-filled into the cavity of the closed mold. A manufacturing method by pressure orientation to obtain an orientation molded body. [Effects] It has mechanical strength equal to or higher than that of bone, has rigidity and toughness, and is unlikely to break at the beginning. It is an ideal biomaterial that retains its strength until the hard tissue is healed by utilizing its properties, but is gradually decomposed and absorbed thereafter.
