abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a sheet for a coolant, which has good handleability and can maintain an excellent cooling action. A coolant sheet includes a water-absorbent sheet in which a water-absorbent resin is supported on a sheet-shaped base material, and a cooling substance that absorbs heat when brought into contact with water. The water absorbent resin is obtained by polymerizing the ethylenically unsaturated monomer contained in the base material. The water absorbent sheet is, for example, the water absorbent sheet 1 in which the water absorbent resin 2 is carried along with the surface layers of the fibers constituting the base material 3 in a state of being attached thereto. The cooling substance is It is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, and anhydrous sodium sulfate.
