abstract (57) Abstract: Raw shrimp is used as a raw material and at least a part of this raw material is crushed to form ground meat, while the remaining raw shrimp is cut into fine meat pieces, and at least one of the fine meat pieces is cut. A shrimp-containing food product is proposed in which the portions are joined by a joining portion made of ground meat, and wheat flour is interposed between the pieces of shrimp meat thus joined by the joining portion. SOLUTION: In a shrimp meat-containing food product, which is obtained by baking a dough containing shredded meat of shrimp and which is mixed with seasonings, spices and other additives as desired, the seafood paste added to the dough At least a part of the shrimp meat thin pieces 2 are bonded to each other by the bonding portion 3 formed by heating and solidifying the meat, while the shrimp meat thin meat pieces 2 are surrounded by the flour 4 while Flour 4 is interposed between pieces 2 of shrimp.
