titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of bonded type permanent magnet
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] High density and high packing rate of magnet powder, low porosity, magnetic properties, mechanical strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance (oxidation resistance), dimensional accuracy, moldability, compression molding raw material. A bond type permanent magnet having excellent storage stability of powder is manufactured. [Structure] A two-layer structure comprising a magnetic powder of magnetic anisotropic Nd-Fe-B alloy and an epoxy resin inner layer having a softening temperature of 40 to 100 ° C and an epoxy resin outer layer having a softening temperature of 80 to 150 ° C. A coating or a two-layer structure consisting of an epoxy resin layer having a softening temperature of 40 to 150 ° C and a lubricant layer having a melting temperature of 30 to 120 ° C is applied to the inner layer resin at a softening temperature or higher, or an epoxy resin softening temperature or higher. A bond-type magnet is manufactured by compression-molding in a magnetic field at a temperature above the melting temperature of the lubricant (all of which is below the curing temperature of the epoxy resin) and heating the molded body to cure the epoxy resin.
