titleOfInvention | Method for producing peptides |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Constitution] A plasmid containing a mammalian cell-derived self-replicating sequence DNA having an affinity for a DNA-binding protein, a promoter, and a gene for producing peptides (including a translation initiation codon) is used as a cell. A method for producing peptides, which comprises propagating in a medium. [Effect] The plasmid is efficiently replicated in various mammalian cells by the action of ARS (self-replicating sequence), and the number of copies of the plasmid per cell is large, resulting in excellent gene product production efficiency. |
