titleOfInvention Medical lead
abstract (57) Abstract: When inserting a fixing spiral member having a surface treatment along at least a part thereof into a heart tissue, damage of the heart tissue due to engagement between the surface treatment portion and the heart tissue is prevented. Provided is a medical lead provided with a bioabsorbable coating so that insertion can be carried out without causing it. In a preferred embodiment, the bioabsorbable material is mannitol, but other bioabsorbable materials such as materials below the stage of poor solubility in water, eg beclomethasone dipropionate anhydrous are used. You may. With such a structure, the spiral member can be inserted into the tissue with a smooth surface formed between the surface-treated portion of the spiral member and the tissue by the coating of the absorbent material. Once inserted, the coating is absorbed and the surface treated portion electrically connects to heart tissue.
