(57) Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a plasma display, a manufacturing method for forming a simple and highly accurate partition layer is provided. SOLUTION: A process of applying a photosensitive paste containing an organic component containing a photosensitive compound and glass fine particles as essential components on a glass substrate, a process of irradiating light using an exposure machine, a process of developing, and a process of baking. By doing so, it is possible to easily form the partition wall of the high-precision plasma display panel. In particular, in a photosensitive paste that contains an organic component containing glass fine particles and a photosensitive compound as an essential component, use a photosensitive paste in which the difference between the average refractive index of the organic component and the average refractive index of the glass fine particles is 0.1 or less. Thus, the partition layer can be formed with high accuracy. |
