titleOfInvention | Liquid stabilizer for chlorine-containing resin foam |
abstract | (57) Abstract: When producing a chlorine-containing resin foam sheet, the present invention improves the surface smoothness by making the cell structure of the foam uniform and fine, and improves the surface smoothness of rolls. There has been a demand for an excellent liquid stabilizer which has excellent dispersibility and is easy to work by improving the problem of plate-out in which substances on white powder adhere and these are clogged in the recesses of the embossing roll. . SOLUTION: (a) A carboxylic acid zinc salt or a basic carboxylic acid zinc salt obtained by reacting a phthalic acid monoester with a monocarboxylic acid having 2 to 18 carbon atoms and zinc oxide. A composition containing 85% by weight and (b) at least one selected from the group consisting of (b) a metal salt of a monocarboxylic acid, a metal salt of an alkylphenol, a metal salt of an overbased carboxylic acid, and a metal salt of an overbased alkylphenol having 7 to 18 carbon atoms. 3 to 45% by weight, (C) A mixed solvent of hydrocarbon and alcohol having a boiling point of 100 ° C. or higher, which is 8 to 60% by weight. |
