(57) [Summary] (Correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a new peptide recognition method as a versatile, convenient, and inexpensive means. A method for selectively recognizing a water-soluble peptide molecule on the surface of a lipid monolayer having a peptide unit on the hydrophilic head, and a monolayer surface obtained by diluting such a monolayer with another lipid. And a method of recognizing peptide molecules with different selectivity, and a method of separating and immobilizing specific peptide molecules by transferring the thus prepared monomolecular film onto a solid substrate. |
