titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing silky woven or knitted goods
abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for producing a silky woven or knit fabric having a soft feeling with peach, a feeling of dryness and swelling, good tension, waist, and deep color tone. SOLUTION: A mixed yarn in which a gear cross-section type composite fiber, a large fineness fiber and a fineness fine fiber are mixed is prepared. The composite fiber has a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 1, and the white part is polyester component A and the black part is polyester component B. The high fineness fiber has a fineness of 3 denier or more, and has a special cross-sectional shape in which the cross-sectional morphology includes a flat trunk and a protrusion. Fine fine fibers are specially shaped cross-section fibers having a boiling water shrinkage difference of 3% or more and a fineness of 1.5 denier or less than thick fine fibers. The dough containing the mixed yarn is subjected to an alkali weight reduction treatment to dissolve and remove the component B in the composite fiber to make the fiber body X visible. Then, by performing a dyeing finishing process, the fiber main body X and each fiber are dyed, and at the same time, the large fineness fibers and the fineness fine fibers are shrunk to develop a difference in shrinkage between both fibers.
