abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an outer surface reinforced plastic foamed molded product which can always surely obtain an excellent finished state and dimensional accuracy without requiring special skill. SOLUTION: A plastic foam molded product is placed in a mold (M). (F) is arranged so that a space (S) having a predetermined gap is formed between the inner surface of the mold (M) and the outer surface of the foam-molded product (F). Then, the space (S) is filled with the two-component reactive solvent-free urethane-based resin composition (u), the mixture is cured, and then the mold (M) is demolded. This allows the foamed molded product (F) An outer surface reinforced plastic foamed molded product having a coating layer (U) integrally formed on the surface of is obtained. On at least one of the outer surface of the foamed molded product (F) and the inner surface of the mold (M), a convex portion (G) for forming a space can be formed. The leading groove (D) can be formed on the surface of the foamed molded product (F).
