titleOfInvention Pachinko machine butts collection device
abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko machine butts collection device with a lock prevention device, in which a collecting plate is easily attached and adjusted. Since there is only one endless chain of the butts transfer device, there is no inconvenience that the collecting plate is distorted even if the endless chain extends. Since the collecting plate is removable from the endless chain, it is very convenient to replace the collecting plate. Since the collecting plate is made of synthetic resin and the ridge is provided at the end opposite to the rotating direction, the contact area between the collecting plate and the gutter is reduced and abrasion of the collecting plate and the gutter is prevented. Since the air blowing device that stirs the water injected into the butts storage tank is attached, the falling butts are quickly submerged by stirring the water surface, and the butts are prevented from accumulating on the water surface. Since the rotation control device for detecting the lock of the endless chain and controlling the rotation is attached to the drive device of the sprocket wheel, the lock can be released or a failure due to the lock can be avoided.
