abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method of plating palladium or a palladium plating solution composition on an iron-nickel alloy material. [Structure] A primary primer layer is formed by plating a metal selected from the group consisting of copper, tin, nickel-tin alloy, and copper-tin alloy on an object to be plated made of an iron-nickel alloy material, A nickel or gold alloy is plated on the primary primer layer to form a secondary primer layer, and a palladium or palladium alloy is plated on the secondary primer layer to form a palladium or palladium alloy plating layer. A method of plating palladium or palladium alloy on an iron-nickel alloy material. The product plated by the method of the present invention exhibits excellent adhesion, flexibility, corrosion resistance and solderability. |
