abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A liquefied L-ascorbic acid fatty acid ester antioxidant formulation which is excellent in handleability and easy to mix into oils and fats and oil-containing foods or food materials. Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide an antioxidant preparation which does not brown even at a high temperature of about 180 ° C. To provide an antioxidant formulation in which an L-ascorbic acid fatty acid ester is uniformly dispersed in an oily substance such as animal and vegetable oils, hydrocarbons, vitamins and medium-chain fatty acid triglycerides. Furthermore, by adding a surfactant, a dispersion liquid having a stable dispersion state can be obtained.
