titleOfInvention 2-stage regeneration tower
abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a high desulfurizing agent regenerating ability required when using a fuel having a high sulfur content, while the column diameter is relatively small, and therefore, the regenerating gas used is small. It is an object of the present invention to provide a desulfurizing agent regenerating tower capable of reducing both Tesumi construction costs and operating costs. SOLUTION: The regeneration is connected to a desulfurization tower that removes sulfur from a gasification gas obtained by gasifying a fuel such as coal, and the desulfurizing agent sulfided by the desulfurization tower is introduced into the tower body, and the regeneration is introduced into the tower body. In a regeneration tower in which the desulfurizing agent on the dispersion plate is fluidized with gas to regenerate the desulfurizing agent and return it to the desulfurizing tower, fluidized beds 6 and 7 are formed in the upper and lower two stages in the regeneration tower main body 1, and the regeneration is performed. A regeneration gas supply line 18 for supplying regeneration gas 16, 17 is connected to the bottom of the tower body 1, and a branch line 20 is branched from the supply line 18 and the branch line 20 is connected to the upper and lower fluidized beds 6, 7. It is connected in the tower main body 1 in between.
