abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] Weather resistance, adhesion, water resistance, Provided is a protective water repellent composition for buildings, which forms a film having excellent heat resistance, maintains stain resistance and water repellency for a long period of time, and protects the aesthetic appearance of the outer surface from contamination and deterioration. A protective water repellent composition for buildings according to the present invention comprises: Organosiloxane (I) with graft crossing agent (II) Aqueous dispersion of 1 to 90 parts by weight (solid content) of polyorganosiloxane polymer (III) obtained by polycondensation at a ratio of 0.02 to 20% by weight based on the total amount of components (I) and (II). In the presence of (a) an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester 19.5 to 99.5% by weight, (b) an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid 0.5 to 50% by weight, and (c) It contains a polyorganosiloxane emulsion obtained by polymerizing 99 to 10 parts by weight of a monomer component (IV) consisting of 0 to 80% of another copolymerizable monomer. |
