abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] A foaming resin composition suitable for obtaining a flame-retardant polyolefin resin foam having a beautiful surface, which does not easily generate a toxic halogen-based gas, has high flame retardancy, and has a beautiful surface. An article and such a resin foam are provided. SOLUTION: A polyolefin resin, a flame retardant comprising ammonium polyphosphate, a nitrogen-containing compound represented by the following structural formula (1) and a metal oxide, and a phenol resin having a melting point not higher than the melting point of the polyolefin resin. A flame-retardant polyolefin resin composition for foaming containing a compound, and a resin foam obtained by using the resin composition for foaming. |
