titleOfInvention | Binder composition for curing carbon dioxide |
abstract | (57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To make a mold that can be used for producing a mold with carbon dioxide as a curing agent and that can obtain high mold strength and high mold surface stability. SOLUTION: (a) 0.1 to 60 parts by weight of an epoxy compound, (B) Alkaline water-soluble phenolic resin aqueous solution 15-99.7 Parts by weight, (c) 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of a curing accelerator, and (d) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent (a) to (d). A binder composition for curing carbon dioxide, characterized in that it is contained in a proportion such that the total of the components is 100 parts by weight. |
