titleOfInvention | Method for producing L-aspartic acid metal salt |
abstract | (57) Abstract: An L-aspartic acid ammonium salt is reacted with a metal hydroxide to produce a transparent and high-quality L-aspartic acid metal salt free from inclusion of precipitates and coloring. When an L-aspartic acid ammonium salt and a metal hydroxide are reacted in an aqueous medium to produce a L-aspartic acid metal salt, this reaction is carried out in the presence of (1) a chelating agent. (2) Metal hydroxide is metal hydroxide / L-aspartic acid ammonium salt (molar ratio) = 0. 8 to 2.2, or (3) in the coexistence of a chelating agent and the metal hydroxide is metal hydroxide / L- Aspartic acid ammonium salt (molar ratio) = 0.8 to Use in the range of 3.5. |
