abstract | (57) Abstract: A β-glycoside-bonded N-acetyl-D-galactosamine at the non-reducing end of a sugar chain is released, but a β-glycoside-bonded N-acetyl-D-at the non-reducing end is released. Glucosamine provides β-N-acetylgalactosaminidase, which is an exoglycosidase that is not released, and a method for producing the same. A β-glycoside-bonded N-acetyl-β-D-galactosamine at the non-reducing end of a sugar chain is released, and a β-glycoside-bonded N-acetyl-β-D at the non-reducing end of a sugar chain is released. Β-N-acetylgalactosaminidase, an exoglycosidase that does not release glucosamine. |
