A main body 13 made of water-expandable rubber, which is formed in layers so as to cover the outer periphery of the core portion 11 and has a lower half portion 13a formed in a semicircular cross section; and an upper half portion 13b of the main body 13. And a wing-shaped piece 14 made of water-expandable rubber that extends substantially radially horizontally with respect to the core portion 11 on one side close to the lower half portion 13a, and the tip 1 of the wing-shaped piece 14 is provided. 4a is provided with an edge portion 15 made of non-expandable rubber, and a tip 16a forms a ridge 16 having a semicircular cross section on the upper surface 14b of the wing-shaped piece 14. |
