titleOfInvention | Low temperature curable powder coating composition |
abstract | (57) Abstract: In polyurethane powder coating, by using an aliphatic or alicyclic polyuretdione resin curing agent and a low temperature gelling agent together, a blocking agent is not released at the time of baking the coating, and at a low temperature. Provided is a powder coating composition which is curable and has an excellent coating film appearance. A hydroxyl value is 20 to 300 mg KOH / g. The latent NCO% is 5 to 21% by weight and the weight average molecular weight is 2000 to 2000 with respect to 100 parts by weight of one or more polyols selected from polyester polyols, acrylic polyols, and fluorine polyols that are solid at room temperature. 5 to 100 parts by weight of aliphatic and alicyclic polyuretdione resins having a uretdione ring in the molecular chain of 0, and a low-temperature gelling agent consisting of specific compounds 0.05 to 0.6 A powder coating composition comprising 1 part by weight. |
