SOLUTION: The general formula: (In the formula, A is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group or aromatic heterocyclic group, and R 3 and R 4 are hydrogen atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl groups, aromatic hydrocarbon groups or aromatic heterocyclic groups. It is a cyclic group.) 1,3-dioxane- 4-one derivative and general formula HN (R 1 ) R 2 (III) (wherein R 1 is a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, R 2 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, and further R 1 and R 2 can be integrated and bonded with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded to form a 4- to 7-membered substituted or unsubstituted cyclic amino group.).
