abstract (57) [Abstract] (Correction) [PROBLEMS] Used for detachably locking a conduit for an action medium to a handpiece body including a head and a grip of a dental handpiece. Provided is a joint portion formed of an integrally moldable material having a structure. A joint part (3) connected to a grip part (2) and detachably engaging a working medium conduit (4) is made of an integrally moldable material, and is joined to an end part of the grip part (2) and gripped. For the working medium, the sealed end portion 31 having a through hole communicating with the working medium passage inside the portion 2 is provided continuously with the sealed end portion 31 and accommodates the tip end portion of the working medium conduit 4 and cooperates with the conduit 4. It is composed of a main body portion 32 that forms a conduit passage, and an engagement portion 33 that is connected to the main body portion 32 and that engages with the conduit pipe 4 in a disengageable manner.
