titleOfInvention Laminated film and packaging bag for electronic parts
abstract (57) [Abstract] (Correction) [Problem] A laminated film and a packaging bag which are excellent in strength, moisture resistance, transparency and the like and are suitable as a packaging material for protecting electronic parts from moisture and static electricity. SOLUTION: This is a laminated film, wherein (1) the outermost layer is a stretched nylon film (A) or a vapor deposition film (B). And (2) the innermost layer is the heat seal layer (D), (3) The vapor-deposited film (B) is a transparent inorganic vapor-deposited film b on at least one surface of the transparent polymer film substrate b1. 2 is formed, and (4) the gas barrier layer (C) is formed on at least one surface of the transparent polymer film substrate c1 via the transparent inorganic vapor deposition film c2, polyvinyl alcohol and polycarboxylic acid or the polycarboxylic acid thereof. A gas barrier layer containing at least one composite vapor deposition film (C 1 ) having a water resistant film c3 formed by heat treating a coating film of a mixture containing a partially neutralized product.
