SOLUTION: At least one electron beam curable resin coating layer formed on at least one surface of a paper substrate and comprising a cured product of an electron beam curable resin composition by electron beam irradiation, JIS of the surface of the paper substrate provided with the electron beam curing resin coating layer -75 degree specular glossiness based on P8142 is 40% or more. |
