titleOfInvention Meta-type aromatic polyamide fiber and method for producing the same
abstract (57) Abstract: A novel meta-type aromatic polyamide crimped fiber having good crimping properties and excellent acid resistance is provided. SOLUTION: A spinning solution in which a meta-type aromatic polyamide is dissolved in an amide solvent is spun in an aqueous coagulation bath and wet-spun, and the resulting unstretched fiber is wet-stretched in warm water and then dried. Then, at a temperature of 250 to 320 ° C., the obtained drawn fiber is anisotropically heated and stretched at a ratio such that the dry heat shrinkage ratio at 300 ° C. is 40 to 80%, and subsequently 240 to 350. By performing relaxation heat treatment at a temperature of ℃, the number of crimps is 8 to 2 A meta-type aromatic polyamide crimped fiber having a three-dimensional crimp with 5/25 mm and a crimping rate of 10 to 30% is obtained.
