abstract | (57) [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for producing a resin composition capable of forming a resin film having excellent adhesion to a wood-based material, and a lubricated steel sheet using the resin composition. A polyester diol (having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 6000) in which 60 to 100 mol% of a dicarboxylic acid component is terephthalic acid and / or isophthalic acid and 60 to 100 mol% of a glycol component is diethylene glycol or a derivative thereof. And hydrogenated diphenylmethane diisocyanate compound are mixed so that the NCO group / OH group (molar ratio) falls within the range of 0.8 to 1.5, and reacted to obtain a resin composition. A lubricated steel sheet having this resin composition as the uppermost layer with a predetermined film thickness has excellent adhesion to wood-based materials. A composite material using a vinyl acetate adhesive and a composite material using a fiberboard as a wood-based material are particularly preferable. |
