abstract (57) Abstract: Provided are a high-performance conductive film, a low-reflection conductive film, and a glass article having these films which can be formed by a low temperature heat treatment. SOLUTION: A 14-inch cathode ray tube (panel) surface is spin-coated by using a coating solution containing a sol in which conductive composite oxide fine particles containing ruthenium as a metal component and a specific combination element such as cobalt and nickel are dispersed. A conductive film was formed by coating.
