abstract (57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a polymer extrusion molding method capable of stably forming a high-quality extruded product having no streak-like defects by suppressing the generation of "eye dents" on the extrusion surface of a die. SOLUTION: The polymer extrusion method is characterized in that, when a thermoplastic polymer is melted and extruded from a die, at least the surface of the extrusion tip of the die is coated with a thin layer of diamond-like carbon.
