SOLUTION: An MgO single crystal substrate 5 having excellent microwave characteristics; and signal transmission input / output terminals 1a, 1 formed on one corner of the single crystal substrate 5 and having a pad gold thin film 2 deposited thereon. b; the input / output terminals 1a and 1b above the single crystal substrate 5 A circuit pattern 7 of a high-temperature superconducting dual-mode five-pole bandpass filter in which two annular resonators having a perturbation structure for controlling or filtering signal transmission energy are integrated between the microstrip coupling line 4 and the microstrip coupling line 4; The ground plane metal thin film 6 deposited under the crystal substrate 5 is included.
