abstract | (57) Abstract: A tapered pixel cross-section (trapezoidal (upper base <lower bottom) pixel cross-section with a uniform thickness and high accuracy and no step difference on a substrate with good workability; Provided is a method for manufacturing a color filter having a multicolor fine pattern having a cross section obtained by cutting the pattern at right angles to the longitudinal direction. A photosensitive film including a base film and a photosensitive resin layer colored in one color is formed on a transparent substrate. A color in which a multicolor pattern is formed by repeating steps including (1) a step of attaching a colored photosensitive resin layer so as to face the substrate, (2) a step of exposing in a pattern, and (3) a developing step. In the filter manufacturing method, (A) a step of heating following the step of (2), (b) A step of re-exposing after the step of (a) except the end of the pattern-wise exposed portion in the step of (2), (c) A method for producing a color filter, comprising a step of heating following the step of (b). |
