abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately determine whether or not a corticosteroid effectively acts on a person who intends to use it before administration. The present invention provides a method for discriminating whether or not the application of the above is applicable and a test piece used for this discrimination. SOLUTION: In distinguishing whether the hormone is applied to a subject who intends to use the adrenocortical hormone, a mixture of the adrenocortical hormone, the red blood cell of the subject, and blood or plasma of the subject. The amount of heat is used as an index. Also, For this discrimination, a test piece in which a carrier carries a corticosteroid is used.
