titleOfInvention | Method of spraying rotary kiln refractory lining |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a construction method capable of spraying the entire refractory lining of a rotary kiln including the inner wall of the high temperature zone. SOLUTION: A kneaded material having self-fluidity is pressure-fed by a pressure feed pump 8 and pressure feed pipes 9a, 9b, and a compressed air injection port 14 is provided. Then, compressed air is injected, and the quick-setting agent is injected from the quick-setting agent inlet 16 and sprayed from the spray nozzle 12 to the divided wall surfaces 21 to 24 of the rotary kiln. |
