abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Suppress the reaction between rare earth-containing alloy powder and binder to reduce the residual oxygen content and residual carbon content of the sintered body after sintering, and to improve the fluidity of the powder during molding. , R-Fe-B-based and R-Co-based rare earths that have improved thinness, small size, and excellent magnetic properties by improving lubricity to improve dimensional accuracy and productivity of molded products. Provided is a method for producing a sintered sintered magnet. [Structure] A binder composed of a polymer and water, or a binder composed of an organic solvent and at least one or more kinds of polymers is added to a rare earth-containing alloy powder, stirred into a slurry, and then sprayed in a chamber of a spray dryer device to prepare a liquid. By forming droplets and instantly drying and solidifying them to form granulated powder, the fluidity and lubricity of the powder during compression molding are improved, and after applying ultrasonic vibration in the mold before molding. By molding, the magnetic field orientation is improved, and a thin-walled or complex-shaped sintered permanent magnet having excellent magnetic properties is obtained. |
